Do you think the phenomenon is more pervasive in the oceans or in the atmosphere or in space, do you have any inclination towards what might be more common? / We have anecdotes and even observations

from the Navy pilots that this RC interface... that this is not really an issue to these craft, they obviously defy the laws of physics as we know them, so water or air doesn't seem to make a difference...
